FAQ

What do you sell?

SIP panels we fabricate, counted SIP kits (walls + roof SIP panels), uPVC windows and doors (quoted), cladding, decking and metal roofing, EPDM, and ground screws. Materials. Not a finished garden room handed over with a kettle.

What is a SIP?

A structural insulated panel: OSB, insulating core, OSB. Recessed for splines. Standard SIP panel 1220 × 2440 mm. Used for walls and roofs. We supply the SIP panels. Splines, fixings and structural design are not in the panel price.

EPS or PIR?

EPS for most garden rooms and outbuildings. PIR when you want more performance in the same thickness. Do not overspec a shed. We do not publish U-values we have not measured.

Do you install?

Supply is the default. You or your builder fit. If you want labour, ask and we will quote it. Installation is not included unless quoted.

Lead time?

Ask. It depends on stock and the factory, and we confirm it with your quote.
