FAQ

What do you sell?

SIP panels we fabricate, counted shell kits (walls + roof SIP panels), uPVC windows and doors (quoted), Cladco cladding, decking and metal roofing, EPDM, and StopDigging ground screws. Materials. Not a finished garden room handed over with a kettle.

What is a SIP?

A structural insulated panel: OSB, insulating core, OSB. Recessed for splines. Standard SIP panel 1220 × 2440 mm. Used for walls and roofs. We supply the SIP panels. Splines, fixings and structural design are not in the panel price.

EPS or PIR?

EPS for most garden rooms and outbuildings. PIR when you want more performance in the same thickness. Do not overspec a shed. We do not publish U-values we have not measured.

Do you install?

Supply is the default. You or your builder fit. If you want labour, ask — we will quote it. Do not assume install is included.

Lead time?

Ask. It moves with stock and the Cladco factory. We will not invent a week count.
