What do you actually sell?
Fabricated 1220 × 2440 mm SIP panels (EPS and PIR, 97 / 122 / 147 mm) and counted wall+roof shell kits. Windows, cladding, EPDM and ground screws are quote-led extras. Supply only unless fitting is quoted separately.
Is a shell kit a finished garden room?
No. A shell kit is walls + roof SIP panels only. Openings are cut on site. Floor, joinery, cladding and roof covering are not in the pack price. See inclusions.
Do you cut window openings in the factory?
Standard packs leave openings to be cut on site. That keeps the kit flexible. Read openings on site.
What are the panel prices?
EPS: SIP97 £88, SIP122 £103, SIP147 £110. PIR: £128 / £142 / £169. Prices can change and are confirmed on your quote. Trade conversation on 10+.
Do you publish U-values or BBA certificates?
Not on the public site until locked. Ask on quote if you need figures for a specific build-up.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide from London. Carriage quoted on postcode. Customer unloads unless agreed. Delivery.
Can you fit as well as supply?
Default is supply. Fitting can be quoted if you ask — it is not assumed in kit prices.
