How delivery works
- From London. We run a branded Transit and trailer. Collection can be arranged when agreed on the quote.
- Carriage on postcode. Tell us the site postcode with size or drawings. Carriage is never baked into the shell-kit or panel list price.
- You unload. The customer (or your builder) unloads unless we have agreed otherwise in writing on the quote. Have space, help and access ready for a van + trailer.
- Access matters. Narrow lanes, height limits, soft ground and restricted times should be flagged before we book the drop.
What we deliver. Fabricated SIP panels, counted shell kits, and agreed extras (cladding, decking, EPDM, windows, ground screws) when ordered on the same package. Supply of materials — fitting by you or your builder unless fitting is quoted separately.

- Size or drawings (or kit / panel count)
- Site postcode and any access notes
- Whether cladding, roof or glazing should travel on the same load
