Before panels arrive
- Foundations ready (slabs, piles or ground screws — we can quote StopDigging-style screws)
- Access for delivery vehicle and unloading
- Drawings / opening schedule agreed with your builder
Typical shell sequence
- Set sole plates / base detail per your design
- Stand wall SIP panels, join with splines and fixings
- Fit roof SIP panels; weather the roof covering (EPDM / metal — quote)
- Cut openings on site; fit windows and doors
- Clad externally; finish internally
We do not publish a full install manual on the site yet. Competent builders familiar with SIPs should lead. Ask if you want us to quote fitting.
